Joining the loyalty program or becoming a subscriber
  • Membership to the Home Grain Bakery loyalty program is open to all residents of Australia.
  • To join the Home Grain Bakery loyalty program, sign up online via our website, homegrainbakery.com.au, or create customer profile at the front counter of any one of our three bakery sites – Aldinga, McLaren Flat or Middleton.
  • Information required to become a member may include (but may not be limited to) your full name, email address, phone number and date of birth. Personal details can be updated any time online via our website – homegrainbakery.com.au, or by visiting one of our bakery sites and providing the new information.

 

Loyalty points
  • Home Grain Bakery’s loyalty program members will earn points on their customer account to the value of one point for every whole dollar spent on food and beverage purchases at any of Home Grain Bakery’s three bakery sites – Aldinga, McLaren Flat or Middleton.
  • Extra loyalty points can also be earned by members by following us on Facebook & Instagram and referring friends.
  • You can redeem points for items and vouchers as listed on the loyalty platform website.

  • Currently you can redeem 50 points for a $5 voucher, OR if you allow them to accrue (for up to 12 months), you’ll receive a $25 voucher once you’ve earned 200 points.
  • Vouchers can be redeemed for Home Grain Bakery products (including beverages and food items*) at any of Home Grain Bakery’s three bakery sites – Aldinga, McLaren Flat or Middleton – subject to availability. *excluding sale items, special promotions or discounted products
  • Points earned can only be redeemed once, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Home Grain Bakery loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, sale or promotion.
  • The value of all purchases made with loyalty points is inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian dollars.
  • Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Points older than 12 months will expire on a rolling 12 month timeframe based on when they were acquired.
  • Loyalty accounts that are inactive for over 12 months will have their points balance reset to zero.
  • Points cannot be used as a part-payment. They are only able to be redeemed on a whole item once enough have been accumulated to cover the full cost of said item.
  • Home Grain Bakery reserves the right to suspend any loyalty program membership in the event that a large number of points accumulate on an account, whilst investigating the accumulation of those points.
  • Home Grain Bakery reserves the right to immediately terminate any membership if it is found that fraud has led to the accumulation of points, or that the program has been used in contravention of these terms and conditions or Australian law.
  • Home Grain Bakery reserves the right to remove points that have been incorrectly or accidentally added to your loyalty program account, without providing notice.

 

Special offers & promotions
  • Home Grain Bakery may extend special offers or promotions to some or all loyalty program members from time to time. These offers may have additional or varied terms and conditions attached, specific to the promotion or offer.
  • Home Grain Bakery is not responsible if a special offer or promotion is not available at the time a member wishes to redeem said offer or promotion. Home Grain Bakery is not liable for any claim related to your inability to redeem such special offers or promotions.
  • Home Grain Bakery accepts no responsibility for any SMS, email or other mail correspondence not received by members or subscribers, or for delayed delivery due to technical interruptions or any other reason.

 

Member information
  • Home Grain Bakery is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either collected at the time you registered as a loyalty program member or subscriber, or during the course of your membership, either caused by a Home Grain Bakery employee or by any of the equipment or programming associated with this service, or for any other technical error, that may occur in the course of the administration of this service.
  • All decisions made by Home Grain Bakery with regards to the loyalty program and membership will be considered final and cannot be contested. Members agree to this condition.
  • If the Home Grain Bakery loyalty program is, for any reason, unable to be administered as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention or any other causes out of the direct control of Home Grain Bakery, Home Grain Bakery reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the loyalty program.
  • It is against the terms and conditions of this membership and loyalty program for members to provide false or misleading information. Home Grain Bakery reserves the right to disqualify, suspend or terminate, without notice, any points or entitlements accrued by any member that does not adhere to these Terms & Conditions.
  • By joining the Home Grain Bakery loyalty program or subscribing to receive Home Grain Bakery correspondence, you authorise Home Grain Bakery to disclose personal information to 3rd parties related solely to the administration of these programs, and to receive future special offers, promotions and information about Home Grain Bakery. Should you wish to opt out at any time simply let us know by phone or email – hello@homegrainbakery.com.au
  • We value the trust you have placed in Home Grain Bakery, and as such, your details will never be sold or rented to any other companies.
  • Should you wish to receive a copy of these Terms & conditions, please email us at hello@homegrainbakery.com.au and we will arrange a copy to be sent to you.
  • By joining the Home Grain Bakery loyalty program or subscribing to receive Home Grain Bakery correspondence, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full and without exception.
  • Home Grain Bakery reserves the right to modify or cancel their Terms & conditions, and their loyalty rewards program at any time, and without notice. The latest Terms & Conditions will always be available to view at: homegrainbakery.com.au
